RECIPES:FRIED PORK CHOPS

THE KEY IS IN THE EGGS.



























INGREDIENTS



1 cup vegetable oil for frying
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt, or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
4 (3/4 inch) thick pork chops
3 small eggs

DIRECTIONS heat vegetable oil in frying pan over high medium heat and spread flour over flat suface or (plate)then season both pork chops an flour to your liking and break three eggs into a bowl an beat until you has resolved then evenly coat pork chops in flour mix on both sides then dip into egg mixture and back into flour then into hot oil until cooked evenly through and through your results should be golden brown crispy on the outside and juicy and flavorful in the inside.
